Our Office
We are a well-established and busy office with six providers offering patients a total healthcare solution focused on Sports and Family Medicine. We routinely see a 50/50 split of primary care and sports medicine appointments and our patient population tends to be quite active and healthy. Our practice was established in 1999 and we expanded our practice by doubling our office space - including a state of the art procedure room, an ancillary testing room and an executive physical suite.

We are located close to multi-use trails with easy access for running & cycling. Swimming facilities & golf are also close by and Lake Tahoe is just up the road for weekend jaunts. Our office provides access to a variety of idyllic neighborhoods and housing options. The South Bay is a fantastic place to raise a family with excellent schools, abundant sunshine and active lifestyles - while also offering access to metropolitan amenities on demand.

Physician: Family Medicine | Women's Health | Sports Medicine

- We are currently seeking a motivated Family Medicine physician or Fam/Sports Medicine to join our thriving, fast-paced and independent practice located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Our current opening is for a physician who will/would like to see Family Medicine/Primary Care visits with a large emphasis on Women's Health. Sports Medicine CAQ would likely see 60/40 split family & sports visits.

Medical Receptionist

- Reporting to the Practice Manager and supported by our Lead Receptionist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients - both over the phone and at the front desk. Your role includes answering calls and texts, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and collaborating with our team to support smooth daily operations.
- What We're looking for:
- Experience as a receptionist in a medical office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially EMR
- Team-oriented mindset
- Billing experience a plus
- MA experience a plus

Medical Assistant

- We are currently seeking a medical assistant to join our fun & fast-paced, independent practice located in the heart of Silicon Valley.
- We are looking for:
  An interest and passion for Patient Relationships
- Recent grads ok
- Medical Assistant Credentialed
- Available Full Time, M-F
- Strong computer skills, especially EMR
- Good interpersonal skills with co-workers and patients
- Strong phone skills
